We have a fully operational field or private dining kitchen, we can literally cater for just a few close family or for hundreds as seen at our popupgatherings.co.uk
Private intimate events with one to one experience as the chefs prepare the courses and explain the 'terroir' across the menu right in front of your eyes or the same attention to detail but for hundreds of guests either served or buffet style

Our typical menu can include:
Fresh day boat fish and shellfish including oysters, mussels, crab, lobster, scallops, monkfish and mackerel to name a few... Some of the finest meats and poultry are produced in the southwest and we work closely with top chefs so it's easy to find out what's at the top of their menu.
With drinks partners including Camel Valley Wines, Rebel Brewery Co for our own Fal Oyster Stout, Skinners Pennycomequick and even Tregothnan Tea for the afternoon session.
We respect the seasons and what we can harvest from them, we also use reputable suppliers with full traceability for our menus and wherever possible we work direct with the producer of each ingredient. For example Baker Tom will probably make all our pastries and breads for events and GrumPies will probably provide us with the Steak Pies for our Steak and Oyster Pie
Our pop up restaurant seats 8 inside on a winters night, 30 on the decking for those special parties and a further 64 can be seated at our rustic tables and benches - the tables were the off cuts from the new balks at Porthleven Harbour.
We always invite top chefs to prepare the catering for you and your guests, it's easy for us to ask as we supply them top produce from Cornish fisheries and farms.
With great local musicians and performers available to book too we really can provide just about anything you need for your wedding, party, festival or social gathering...
...then at the end of the day we just pack up and drive off!
